R. W. Bobholz Law To Form 30 Companies in 30 Days
Pro bono project aids startup companies in the Triangle
(DURHAM, N.C.) Aug. 12, 2014 – R. W. Bobholz Law, PLLC, a small business general counsel and estate planning firm based in Durham, North Carolina, is pleased to announce “30 Companies in 30 Days,” a pro bono project to assist startup companies in the Triangle.
During the month of December, R. W. Bobholz Law will form 30 new companies for people seeking to open LLCs, corporations and nonprofits in Raleigh, Durham and surrounding areas. The formation will only cost the new company the price of the filing fee through the North Carolina Secretary of State. Companies will receive guidance from the firm on the best entity choice, all necessary tax filings, and three months of ongoing, as-needed, legal support.
