R. W. Bobholz Law Drafts 30 Wills in 30 Days
New project to provide free estate planning services in the Triangle
(DURHAM, N.C.) Feb. 11, 2015 – R. W. Bobholz Law, PLLC, a small business general counsel and estate planning firm based in Durham, North Carolina, announced its new pro bono project, “30 Wills in 30 Days,” to provide estate planning services in the Triangle.
During March, R. W. Bobholz Law will draft and execute 30 North Carolina wills for those in Raleigh, Durham and surrounding areas. Individuals will receive complimentary legal advice for their estate plans and formal wills that list the dissemination of existing assets.
“Our firm strongly believes in giving back to the community, and this is just one area where we believe we can make an impact,” said Eric Brei, partner at R. W. Bobholz Law.
30 Wills in 30 Days marks the law firm’s second offering in a series of projects to support the community through free legal services. R. W. Bobholz Law first initiated a pro bono project, 30 Companies in 30 Days, in December of 2014 for people seeking to open LLCs, corporations and nonprofits in the Triangle.
