Law Plus Plus To Host “Entrepreneurs Anonymous” Support Group
A Safe Place for Entrepreneurs to Have Real Talk About Struggles
(DURHAM, N.C.) Nov. 2, 2016 – Law Plus Plus, a small business law firm based in Durham, N.C., is pleased to announce they will be hosting the first “Entrepreneurs Anonymous” support group on November 28, 2016.
The purpose of the group is to provide a safe space for other entrepreneurs to come forward with their struggles in small business ownership. With inspiration from the Alcoholic’s Anonymous groups, this group takes anonymity very seriously so that everyone can feel safe when opening up about anything they struggle with in their business.
The first meeting will happen on November 28 at 5:30pm and will go until 7:00pm. Light snacks will be provided as well as some soft drinks and coffee. The meeting will take place at the Law Plus Plus office (6015 Fayetteville Rd Ste 116, Durham, NC 27713). No RSVP required.
“Business owners are in a weird place,” Richard Bobholz explained. “They have to maintain this aura of success at all times, and that can be hard to deal with. There are real struggles we all face, and being able to talk about them will make us all healthier.”
This group stems out of Richard Bobholz’s own battle with depression and his desire to not let entrepreneurs struggle with depression, anxiety, or the large amount of stress they have alone. Richard became open about his depression on October 5, 2016 and has received immense positive feedback from others in the startup community.
Richard Bobholz will be conducting the meetings, but he is not a licensed mental health professional in any manner. If any medical help is needed, this group will only be able to provide a referral to a licensed mental health professional.
