Job Description
Law++ is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic person to become an associate attorney in a rapidly growing law firm. An ideal candidate will be someone who is enthusiastic about expanding our litigation practice and can handle the day-to-day rigor of courtroom appearances and the lifecycle of a litigation claim. Your primary areas of practice will be litigation, specifically landlord/tenant, breach of contract, and partnership/LLC member disputes.
This is an entry level litigation position meaning you should come in with some amount of litigation experience, and you must be comfortable arguing in a courtroom, in arbitration, or in mediation. Strong planning and oral argument skills are a must. You’ll be working directly with Richard Bobholz to coordinate cases, develop strategy, draft complaints and motions, and appear in court. Ultimately, you will be responsible for handling cases from start to finish.
This is also a partner-track position. Law++ believes in full transparency wherever we can and also allowing all employees to reap the upside benefits when the firm is doing well. In addition to salary and benefits, you would be automatically included in our profit sharing program and would be included in conversations about growth and major directions the firm goes.
We have an extremely diverse set of clients, and any person in this position has to be able to be able and willing to give the appropriate respect and attention to all of our clients regardless of who they may be.
The hours are extremely flexible, and we can discuss what works best for your needs. An ideal candidate will be looking for a position they can make their own. As Law++ grows, so will this position, its responsibilities, and its compensation.

Partner Track
Law++ aims to let all employees take meaningful part in the operation of the business. Therefore, this position is a partner-track position. This means that periodically, you and management will sit down to discuss goals, milestones, and timelines for when you will be permitted to buy into the company and become a member of the LLC. The actual purchase price shall be determined based on a valuation of the company, and payment of the purchase price can be structured over time to soften the financial burden.
